CULTURE ; CONSOMMATEUR ; DECISIONRésumé : Monopoly, Risk or Uno, these are the names most people have in mind when board games are mentionned. Games they discovered as child, liked more or less, and considere now as quite outdated. Nevertheless, “modern board games” are way more than that, and game offer nowadays is a lot broader than the classic games of our childhood. Simultaneously cultural object, intellectual activity and simple product, board games is a quite particular product. COMMERCE DE DETAIL ALIMENTAIRE SECTEUR ; CONCURRENCE ; CONSOMMATEUR ; ENSEIGNE ; INNOVATION ; TECHNOLOGIERésumé : This document reviews the main differences that may exist between two competitors in the implementation of the same new technology in a similar environment. It shows how research into the dimensions of resistance to innovation can be linked to facts and figures about the introduction of new technology. The challenge of this paper is to put into perspective the consumer's expectations and the answers provided by retailers. Based on quantitative data, the framework of this research includes academic articles and a consumer survey to understand how retailers are able to innovate and lead change with their consumers. Here, it is suggested there are differences in change management strategies between two French retailers, Carrefour and E. Leclerc. We will see how resistance from consumers can affect the evolution of an innovation and how we could prepare the innovation to come into the market at the right time to succeed. CONSOMMATEUR ; COMPORTEMENT DU CONSOMMATEUR ; JAPON ; FRANCE ; INDUSTRIE DU LUXE SECTEUR ; JEUNERésumé : The purpose of this paper is to research Japanese consumers’ attitude toward French luxury brand consumption. The target of the research is focus on the millennial consumers who age between 23 to 38 because of their large contribution on luxury brand sales. Functional theory of attitude is adapted in this study as the conceptual framework which explain consumer attitudes by classifying into 4 categories: (1) social-adjustive function, (2) value-expressive function, (3) hedonic function and (4) utilitarian function. A total of 263 respondents are participated in the survey. The result shows that value-expressive function has the highest impact on purchase intention of French luxury brands for both female and male sample. Social-adjustive function has second highest influence on purchase intention, and especially male consumers have more orientation on social-adjustive function compare to female consumers in Japan. Conversely, utilitarian function and hedonic function has no significant relevance on impacting millennial consumers’ purchase intention on French luxury brands compare to the social functions (social-adjustive and value-expressive functions). RESTAURATION SECTEUR ; SANTE ; ALIMENTATION ; INFORMATION DU CONSOMMATEUR ; COMPORTEMENT DU CONSOMMATEURRésumé : The purpose of this paper is to identify the main points of leverage to be developed to improve the health of consumers in restaurants.
The purpose of this study was to show that it is possible to develop a new label for all restaurants that the consumer could quickly identify.
In particular, this study showed that some individuals are receptive to this new label and would be more likely to consume healthy food. The study presented here used the example of a fast food dish to show the real nutritional values of a dish like this one. In this case, fast food dishes are generally not considered healthy, but consumers have no transparency regarding their content. The study therefore showed that consumers would be more reluctant to eat a high-calorie dish when shown the nutrition label. / Claire PROST-ROMAND / 2019PermalinkHandbook on Customer Centricity / Robert W.
