LEADERSHIP ; FEMMERésumé : The following seminar paper aims at trying to define the characteristics of Woman leadership. All along the discussion, I will highlight several key points and context to have a global and modern image of what is it to be a leader and a woman in a work organization. I will approach this problematic by providing a broad definition of this concept and illustrate it with examples such as famous woman leader or illustrative concepts providing an easy understanding of the key concepts involved. To broaden our thinking process, I will also include the social aspect of leadership by discussing its implication in the overall Woman conditions in work organization. In this way, I conducted a research experiment including the Belbin method to seek a possible effect of gender according to nine leadership roles. The results show that three leadership roles are having significant differences.
Permalink : https://cataloguelibrary.neoma-bs.fr/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=534718 Exemplaires(2)

EGALITE PROFESSIONNELLE ; LEADERSHIP ; SCIENCE DU COMPORTEMENTRésumé : The purpose of this final dissertation is to investigate the existence of gender bias on the perception of humorous behaviours at the workplace. This study hypothesises that some humour styles can benefit or disadvantage managers whether they are from the feminine or the masculine gender. LEADERSHIP ; QUALITE DE VIE AU TRAVAIL ; RELATIONS INTERPERSONNELLESRésumé : Grandiose narcissism is one of the most widespread negative personality traits among leaders. Their need for admiration and grandiosity pushes narcissistic leaders to engage counterproductive work behaviours against their organization and its employees. I wanted to prove that narcissistic leaders have a negative effect on their follower well-being. As well-being at work is partly defined by the organizational support, I wanted to show that there is a positive relationship between perceived organizational support and follower well-being at work. My research question was studying the impact of narcissistic leaders on their follower well-being moderated by the perceived organizational support. I tested my hypothesis through an online quantitative questionnaire send by email to follower/leader dyads from very different organizations. 96 dyads fully answered. The data gathered were not sufficient to prove my hypothesises but the results did not reject my assumptions either. More data are needed to transform my hypothesises into real statements.
