ENTREPRISE MULTINATIONALE ; STRATEGIE ; AGROALIMENTAIRE SECTEURRésumé : The objective of this research project is to analyze the impact on multinational food companies when they develop from a "global strategy" to an "ecosystem strategy". Based on a literature review, we conducted quantitative and qualitative research with people working in the strategic area of these groups or in contact with them. The findings show that new forms of ecosystem strategy play a central role in the development of strategies of multinational food companies in their approach to different populations and futures. AGROALIMENTAIRE SECTEUR ; ECOLOGIE ; STRATEGIERésumé : I did an internship at Carrefour as a manager of Carrefour Food Magazine, a magazine focused on the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) approaches of the group. I was very interested in the different actions undertaken by food retailers to respond to environmental issues. That is why this study proposes an analysis of the environmental impact of food distributors in France on food waste and the different measures that have been put in place to address this issue. Indeed, as food distributors face many environmental, societal and economic challenges, they had to implement a sustainable marketing strategy as well as concrete actions to respond to these challenges by relying on an external legislative framework and an internal strategic framework. The objective of this essay is to demonstrate how and why the major actors of the French food retail industry manage to evolve towards more sustainability and to limit food waste. This study also demonstrates the positive impacts of the implementation of these actions on the company, the society, the environment and the consumers. AGROALIMENTAIRE SECTEUR ; BIEN DE GRANDE CONSOMMATION ; BIEN DURABLE ; CONSOMMATION ; INDUSTRIE DE LA VIANDE SECTEURRésumé : L’objectif de cette recherche est de comprendre comment les entreprises du secteur agroalimentaire adaptent leurs gammes de produits pour répondre aux changements des habitudes alimentaires des consommateurs. Les inquiétudes environnementales et la volonté de se nourrir plus sainement les ont poussés à remettre en question leurs habitudes de consommation. C’est notamment sur le marché de la viande en Europe que nous remarquons le plus de transformations, car la consommation de viande conventionnelle est en baisse. Certains régimes alimentaires dans lesquels les personnes renoncent à la viande ont gagné en popularité et la demande pour des produits alternatifs a augmentée. L’enjeu des entreprises est de répondre à cette demande en proposant de la viande végétale qui a pour but d’imiter l’apparence, la texture et le goût de la viande conventionnelle tout en étant meilleure pour la santé et moins polluante pour l’environnement. Néanmoins, la question est de savoir si ces entreprises de par leur taille et leur réputation, réussissent ou non à convaincre les nouveaux consommateurs.
