GESTION DE CRISE ; ENTREPRISE ; MANAGEMENTRésumé : This book explores how the Covid-19 pandemic has impacted businesses of all types around the world. It investigates and consolidates the relationships that businesses have with their key stakeholders in order to shed light on the complexity of the challenges and corresponding solutions. The authors identify 12 key stakeholders and, utilizing the stakeholder theory, argue for a Dodecahedron shaped stakeholder model being prevalent wherein each stakeholder group has equal stake in importance and a need for all to cooperate in their relationships. Featuring examples for each type of business relationship (e.g., B2B, consumer, government, stakeholder), this book offers researchers, students, scholars and policy makers a framework for creating resilience in business relationships during current and future crises. ACTIF ; FRANCHISE ; PERFORMANCE ; RENTABILITERésumé : This dissertation is based on the observation that most large hospitality groups are moving into asset?light mode. The model has even recently seduced the European leader in the hotel industry: Accor, which had been operating in "asset-heavy" mode for years. The idea of this thesis is to study the advantages and disadvantages of this strategy and answer the question "To what extent can switching to the asset light model benefit the hospitality industry companies?” by studying Accor's results following their change in strategy.
As a listed company their results are publicly available, my study is therefore based on their results published before 2019 (COVID 19 crisis) and their strategic reports.
Results from the study of Accor’s financial reports and strategy documents appear to confirm that the move to asset-light mode is not a simple trend. Indeed, the strategy offers several considerable advantages: rapid development prospects, an opportunity to refocus on one's core business and develop competitive advantages, as well as greater flexibility and a reduction in risk. However, not enough studies have been conducted on the long-term results of the strategy (especially on the profitability of the company), some of
the disadvantages of the strategy could reveal their long-term negative effectsProgramme : PGE-Reims Permalink : https://cataloguelibrary.neoma-bs.fr/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=570893 The effect of corporate sustainability on the financial performance of Brazilian enterprises / Ivan VIEIRA PISTELLI / 2022

DEVELOPPEMENT DURABLE ; ENTREPRISE ; PERFORMANCERésumé : Corporate sustainability practices has been an ever-present growing market trend starting in the 1970s. This global topic has changed ways companies conduct operations, shape their business models and
interact with stakeholder. The reach of the impact of corporate sustainable, nonetheless, differs across nations and industries there is not yet a general consensus on the sustainability’s impact of financial performance. The divergent methodologies observed in the existing literature inspired this study to use a novel approach in performing an empirical analysis on the financial ratios (ROA, ROE, PER, Tobin’s Q and beta coefficient) of companies within the São Paulo Stock Exchange (B3) corporate sustainability index (ISE) faced with other companies listed in Ibovespa, the B3 benchmark index. In order to assess our established hypotheses, the methodology employs the Mann-Whitney U test, used to investigate significant differences in the dependent variable of the two independent groups (ISE and Ibovespa), and a complementary exploratory analysis of the data to provide additional information on the conclusions obtained in the statistical tests. The results show that, in general, companies belonging to B3’s corporate sustainability index (ISE) do not significantly differ from other Ibovespa-listed enterprises in terms of return on equity (ROE), price-to-earnings ratio and beta coefficient, but tend to have a lower return on assets (ROA) and be undervalued in the stock market (i.e. have a lower Tobin’s Q)Programme : Cesem Permalink : https://cataloguelibrary.neoma-bs.fr/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=560208 What are gamers' perceptions of luxury brands and video games collaborating? / Sarah WALSH / 2022

COLLABORATION INTER ENTREPRISES ; IMAGE DE MARQUE ; INDUSTRIE DU LUXE SECTEUR ; JEU VIDEO SECTEURRésumé : The purpose of this research investigation is to examine gamers’ perceptions of the recent trend in which luxury brands are collaborating with gaming companies to bring out in-game co-branded products. It is important to analyse how gamers feel about luxury brands entering their community, how this collaboration will shape their image of the luxury brand, and if it will result in purchases. This study uses a qualitative approach by conducting 13 semi-structured interviews with both male and female gamers surround 5 key areas: gaming experience, skins experience, luxury brands in metaverse, dressing in real life, and social media. Previous studies have shown factors that influence consumers perceptions of luxury brand collaborations with mass market retailers. Findings of this analysis show that gamers have a positive perception towards luxury brands collaborating with video games to bring out in-game products and skins. However, for gamers to react positively, there must be a high degree of perceived brand fit between the two collaborating brands. In addition, recommendations have been provided to advise marketing managers how to successful appeal to gamers needs and choose a partner brand that will be perceived as a strong brand fit. FOOTFALL ; IPORésumé : The objective of this study is to identify the criteria that make a club successful in its IPO, several of which are analyzed, such as sports results, governance and the strategy adopted. Key elements of the IPO, such as the valuation of the sports entity that precedes the listing, the financial and legal structure, are also discussed in order to better understand the principles inherent in IPOs and to facilitate the overall understanding of the subject. For the sake of consistency, the two main parts of the literature review and demonstration follow the same general plan of sectoral analysis, then of the IPOs themselves and their impact on club finances. However, the content of the parts diverges in order to respond precisely to the problematic posed in relation to the sports sector chosen for the demonstration, i.e. football Programme : MSc Corporate Finance Permalink : https://cataloguelibrary.neoma-bs.fr/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=568525 What is the impact of gamification on employee motivation in service companies ? / Mamoudousriffe KEBE / 2022PermalinkWhat is the impact of green bond issuance on company share price? / Xuecong MAO / 2022PermalinkCEOs total compensation and firm performances across various industries in the US / Xavier DU PARC / 2021PermalinkDe l'inbound marketing à l'ABM, Account-Based Marketing / Gabriel SZAPIRO / Pearson (2021)PermalinkIs there a relationship between ESG and wealth management/ real estate and wealth management track / Hue-Dung DANG / 2021PermalinkLe leadership féminin en France / Maëlys SELLIN / 2021PermalinkObtenez les meilleurs financements pour votre projet / Adrien CHALTIEL / Paris : VUIBERT (2021)PermalinkQuelles sont les raisons qui poussent les entreprises à externaliser une ou plusieurs fonctions de leurs Ressources Humaines ? / Pétronille BAUMARD / 2021PermalinkReal estate management and outsourcing as financial resource for companies / Rémi WALDMANN / 2021PermalinkRelation entre les entreprises B certifiées et les modes de gouvernance corporative / Emma COGGINS / 2021PermalinkPermalinkThe "purpose": opportunity or threat ? / Julie BAUMANN / 2021PermalinkWork family balance in a telework situation at SANEF / Romane DURAND / 2021PermalinkL’Asymétrie d’information entre une société-mère et ses filiales étrangères localisées dans des pays en développement : le cas de l’Afrique sub-saharienne / Léonie PERSON / 2020PermalinkLe boom du Corporate Venture Capital marque-t-il une révolution dans le développement des entreprises / Antoine HELLÉ / 2020PermalinkBusiness proposal VNK - Bioplastics (avocado seed cultery / Manuel Victor CHAUX / 2020PermalinkCan green bond be an effective instrument for financing ecological transition ? / Sarah TOUBOUL / 2020PermalinkComment le private equity contribue-t-il au devéloppement en Afrique de l'Ouest ? / Maimouna DJOCO / 2020PermalinkCorporate Finance and Recent Developments in Debt Market / Khalid OUDADA / 2020PermalinkDigital Technology in social entrepreneurship / Sarah HOFFNER / 2020Permalink
