ANALYSE DES DONNEES ; BASE DE DONNEES ; MARKETING EXPERIENTIELRésumé : This article seeks to understand why Spotify, a recognised Big Data company, is not misperceived by consumers, unlike its peers.
We want to answer the question: Why are Spotify users fully engaged in the customer experience without being afraid of their data being collected?
By going deeper, we will analyse the user's behaviour in their customer journey. We will also look at Spotify's agency, which plays a key role in user engagement and retention. We will also look at the personalisation of the Spotify experience, focusing on personalised playlists, which plays a big role in consumer engagement. Consideration will also be given to how Spotify uses taste profiling, studying the moods, emotions and consumption context of its user.
Furthermore, we will try to understand why users have created this emotional bond with the platform, removing any fear they may have about their data protection.
For this research, we conduct a qualitative analysis, in the form of semi-interviews, to help us understand the user's behaviour in the midst of the customer experience and their relationship with the music streaming platform.Programme : MSc Digital Expertise for Marketing Permalink : https://cataloguelibrary.neoma-bs.fr/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=568513 2021 FRM Exam Part I - Quantitative Analysis / GARP (GLOBAL ASSOCIATION OF RISK PROFESSIONALS) (2021)

Titre : An Introduction to Statistical Learning : With Applications in R Type de document : e-book Mention d'édition : 2d ed. Editeur : Springer Année de publication : 2021 Importance : 616 p. ISBN/ISSN/EAN : 978-1-07-161418-1 Langues : Anglais (eng) Mots-clés : Management
STATISTIQUERésumé : An Introduction to Statistical Learning provides an accessible overview of the field of statistical learning, an essential toolset for making sense of the vast and complex data sets that have emerged in fields ranging from biology to finance to marketing to astrophysics in the past twenty years. This book presents some of the most important modeling and prediction techniques, along with relevant applications. Topics include linear regression, classification, resampling methods, shrinkage approaches, tree-based methods, support vector machines, clustering, deep learning, survival analysis, multiple testing, and more. Color graphics and real-world examples are used to illustrate the methods presented. Since the goal of this textbook is to facilitate the use of these statistical learning techniques by practitioners in science, industry, and other fields, each chapter contains a tutorial on implementing the analyses and methods presented in R, an extremely popular open source statistical software platform. Two of the authors co-wrote The Elements of Statistical Learning (Hastie, Tibshirani and Friedman, 2nd edition 2009), a popular reference book for statistics and machine learning researchers. An Introduction to Statistical Learning covers many of the same topics, but at a level accessible to a much broader audience. This book is targeted at statisticians and non-statisticians alike who wish to use cutting-edge statistical learning techniques to analyze their data. The text assumes only a previous course in linear regression and no knowledge of matrix algebra. This Second Edition features new chapters on deep learning, survival analysis, and multiple testing, as well as expanded treatments of naïve Bayes, generalized linear models, Bayesian additive regression trees, and matrix completion. R code has been updated throughout to ensure compatibility.

Programme : PGE-Reims Permalink : https://cataloguelibrary.neoma-bs.fr/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=538372 Do recommendation systems only reflect consumer preferences or do they shape them? / Alexandre CONSTANT / 2021

ANALYSE QUANTITATIVE ; COMPORTEMENT DU CONSOMMATEUR
Entreprise
NETFLIXRésumé : This research work seeks to discover if recommendation systems can influence the preferences of their users or not.
It turns out that the phenomenon of personalization using recommendation algorithms is quite well known by users and that many of them use it. There is an influence of these systems on the content watched but especially on the quantity. The sample of people interviewed recognizes that these recommendation systems can isolate individuals in the long run and lock them into their dominant preferences. Many of them think that the use of recommendation systems is rather beneficial for the user because it allows quick access to content likely to please him, but that it can eventually jeopardize creativity and diversity in series or movies productions.
If it is difficult to say clearly if recommendation systems can shape the preferences of their users, it is undeniable that they have an influence on their consumption and that in the long term, in several years, they will perhaps have more measurable consequences on the generations that have grown up with platforms like Netflix.Programme : MSc International Marketing & Brand Management Permalink : https://cataloguelibrary.neoma-bs.fr/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=538656 Modern Mathematical Statistics with Applications / Jay L.
