CULTURE ; MUSEERésumé : La situation sanitaire de cette dernière année a fortement fragilisé l’environnement culturel français. Le musée du Louvre a connu par exemple une baisse de 72% en termes de fréquentation entre 2019 et 2020 soit une perte de recettes de plus de 90 millions d’euros.1 Et ce constat est identique pour de nombreuses autres institutions culturelles comme le Centre Pompidou, Universcience ou encore le Musée de l’Armée. Une institution culturelle est, dans ce sens, un lieu de préservation et de diffusion d’une culture historique, c’est-à-dire lié à l’Histoire nationale ou régionale. Ainsi, face à cette situation de fermeture inédite, ces institutions culturelles doivent être repensées afin de pouvoir maintenir leur mission principale de transmission et de protection du patrimoine qui forge l’identité nationale. Elles tentent alors de rendre leurs collections de plus en plus accessibles au grand public et cela grâce à des moyens moins traditionnels comme le numérique. Toutefois, ces efforts d’accessibilité à la culture pour tous ne sont pas une nouveauté. Toutes les politiques culturelles
françaises portent cette volonté d’ouverture des musées à tous les publics : famille, étudiant, étrangers et seniors notamment. Le dispositif de la Mission Vivre Ensemble, notamment, se bat depuis le début des années 2000 pour casser les clivages entre les différentes typologies de public. Je vais ainsi me concentrer dans ce document sur l’importance des politiques d’accessibilité pour les
institutions culturelles et particulièrement au travers du dispositif de la Mission Vivre Ensemble avant et pendant cette période de crise sanitaire. Il sera alors question de comprendre tout d’abord comment ce dispositif est né et comment répond-t-il aux limites des actions précédentes. Puis, au travers de trois exemples empiriques, il s’agira de présenter la mise en oeuvre de ce dispositif dans ces institutions culturelles. Based on an in-depth scientific study of digital music communication, marketing science, and the perspective of users after my personal use, the actual music business platform model is explored. It aims to provide a preliminary framework for theory and practice. A practical case study of the operation of the NetEase Cloud Music platform will echo the main theoretical perspectives highlighted in Part I.
