Given the substantial increase in the adoption of co-branding strategies within the luxury fashion market over the last decade, the focal point of this research aims at analyzing the nature of strategic-alliance formation and defining the main criteria followed in designing such business behaviors. The paper explores the following research question: is the collaboration culture that gained momentum in the fashion industry over the last decade a trend intended to fade, or are there any elements behind its rise suggesting its lasting nature? |
