The main objective of that subject is to observe, explain and learn from companies that were in a critical and delicate situation and which succeeded or not in making some strategy changes and which built a growth strategy. Observing the results and consequences of these strategies and why they were successful or unsuccessful. This subject is interesting given that there are no good general strategies but it depends on the context, the company and how to exploit that strategy. This seminar paper focuses on The Lego Group company in order to illustrate the subject and given that this corporation did several turnaround strategies after being in a bad health. |
