The research question is the following one: “How can companies improve the quality of work life to enhance the performance?”, because the quality of work life is a current issue that will become more and more important for companies nowadays in terms of consequences on the performance.
To answer the question with the right data, the goal was to get as much data as possible. The best way to get the needed data was to create surveys to get a big amount of answers but with letting some open questions to let the possibility to answerers to give some concrete ideas which were not written within the questions.
With this survey, the data shows that people are more affected by the type of management and the team atmosphere to be more or less happy within the organizations. Their well-being also depends on the working conditions, the recognition and the possibility to grow. Globally, these trends are quite similar to what is said in the literature. |
