Résumé : |
The aim of this paper is to highlight the potential factors of evolution of the supplier selection in the automotive sector and try to understand how it may affect it. It presents the historical factors and how they have influenced the industry over the past decades. It is based on previous literatures related to this field and current trends. For a while, the automotive company was creating the trends. Nowadays, with emerging new competitors (GAFA), the automotive company follows the trends more than it creates them. However, companies seem to avoid any structural change, the historical criteria remain. The change is perceived with the considerations taken into account for the purchasing. Nevertheless, it appears that the components and the way to purchase is struggling to evolve as the industry is well-established. |
