The objectives of this seminar are to: (1) evaluate the importance of TripAdvisor on the consumer’s mind in the decision making process; (2) highlight the strengths and the weaknesses of the review site and (3) give recommendations for hoteliers to make TripAdvisor efficient in their digital strategy in order to optimize the conversion rate meanwhile Airbnb becomes even more powerful in the tourism area and mostly in the city of Paris, in which the offering amounts to more than 45 000 flats to rent in 2016. Thus, the service in a hotel must be impeccable and it starts with the first impression on the Internet. |
