Résumé : |
Previous research on entrepreneurial self-efficacy found that it could depend on the personal status. Student or owner of small business for example could have different level of ESE. We want our study to be based on this concept of ESE but also on the support women could have from their spouse. This is why we decided to try to respond to the question: What is the spouse’s role on woman’s entrepreneurial self-efficacy? We decided to do a qualitative research in order to have some sincere answers because of the personal nature of the subject. We will interview six women who decided to create their new business while they were in a relationship. We find that all the interviewed women had received some support from their spouse, financial, material, emotional or intellectual one. We also decided to talk about the Effectuation method in order to linked it the ESE concept. This part of the study stays subjective because of the unknowledge of Effectuation from the interviewed women. |
