In this paper we will ask ourselves about front of package food labelling. Front of package is the first thing that consumers see when they are shopping, the attractiveness and the information displayed are often looked at in a very short time. This is why all the information needed must be available at first glance. Our focus will be on vegetarian seal, which is, as you will discover later, already existing but not well-enough widespread.
We will discuss about the possible improvements and the reasons why more products should display this logo. Then, in order to support this research idea, we will also analyse the results of a quantitative research. And, finally, we will conclude this seminar paper with a general discussion about the topic.
