The purpose of this paper is to identify the main points of leverage to be developed to improve the health of consumers in restaurants.
The purpose of this study was to show that it is possible to develop a new label for all restaurants that the consumer could quickly identify.
In particular, this study showed that some individuals are receptive to this new label and would be more likely to consume healthy food. The study presented here used the example of a fast food dish to show the real nutritional values of a dish like this one. In this case, fast food dishes are generally not considered healthy, but consumers have no transparency regarding their content. The study therefore showed that consumers would be more reluctant to eat a high-calorie dish when shown the nutrition label. |
