The objective of this paper is to find proves the evolution of the resistance to innovation from the food delivery application perspectives. Through the notions of continuance, quality, passive resistance, satisfaction and tools like the technology readiness index and technology acceptance level, this paper shows that education and the age have an impact on technology resistance, that the background where people evolve matters and that resistance to technology is an evolving concept which depends of different cultures and kind of populations. These results have been found through an empirical quantitative study made on several months. |
