Résumé : |
In the context of economic development in Vietnam, automotive industry is considered as one of strategic industries. With the support from Vietnamese government, there have been many largest car manufacturers in the world entering the market, including Ford. Using a case example of Ford Vietnam (FVL), this seminar paper raises 5 factors: product availability, delivery service, support from the firm, commission, brand name which affect the satisfaction of the dealers. The results of this study will help the automobile firms to understand and leverage their services and supply chain to retain their best dealers in order to sharpen their competitiveness in this dynamic market. Multiple regression analysis indicates those 5 factors have a strong correlation with the overall satisfaction and also shows of which aspects FVL still has a low performance. Finally, the paper concludes with a discussion of the managerial recommendations and directions for future research. |
