This study was done to find out whether Age-diversity in terms of demography has an influence on employee retention. For this purpose, a Qualtrics survey was conducted which was distributed among employees who are currently working or had been working in an organization. The results got from the study was that, Age-diversity did have an influence on employees who said that they would prefer to stay in the same company if they were put in a team consisting of diversified age groups. It also gives an idea for organizations make policies that would help in managing age-diverse teams. |
