Résumé : |
As one of the most polluting industries. The increasing number of waste from luxury fashion that is created during production processes is under surveillance for quite a while. It is crucial to study the supply chain in order to identify the problem, the cause and to provide the solution to approach the sustainability within the processes.
This study is specifically focusing on how luxury brands reduce and manage the waste from their production in three main parts of the whole supply chain system; Product and Development in term of creating prototype, Production in term of material usage plan and Merchandising in term of material buying and stock managing.
Moreover, the paper presents the new sustainable model of supply chain management, that luxury fashion brands could apply following the brand strategy. |
