The following seminar paper aims at trying to define the characteristics of Woman leadership. All along the discussion, I will highlight several key points and context to have a global and modern image of what is it to be a leader and a woman in a work organization. I will approach this problematic by providing a broad definition of this concept and illustrate it with examples such as famous woman leader or illustrative concepts providing an easy understanding of the key concepts involved. To broaden our thinking process, I will also include the social aspect of leadership by discussing its implication in the overall Woman conditions in work organization. In this way, I conducted a research experiment including the Belbin method to seek a possible effect of gender according to nine leadership roles. The results show that three leadership roles are having significant differences. |
