Today, digital is impacting every industry and every company from the customers, to the employees and the whole strategic organisation. Companies must adjust to the GAFA (Google, Amazon, Facebook, Apple) digital standards as their 100% digital strategies are achieving skyrocket goals. Thus, every company has to start, drive and improve its digital transformation. Yet, this digitalisation engenders a lot of debates and internal resistance as it requires effort, change management and work from the whole company. In this paper we’ve analysed these resistances and some solutions to overcome them and deliver an efficient digital transformation process to companies. |
