Résumé : |
Blockchain is presented as a technological revolution that shakes up third parties with decentralized systems by creating a "peer-to-peer" society. For States, the mastering of blockchain technology could be a necessity to protect its governance model and even more to take advantage of possibilities offer by this technology. Nevertheless, It could turn out to be hard for government to implement such a technology as it is very complex and still unchecked. This paper explores the way the Chinese government could use blockchain technology to improve its social infrastructure, to develop its new credit social system and increase its geopolitical influence over the world. The paper also describes the challenges the Chinese governments could be faced with, and solutions that could be set up. Moreover, the implication of the Chinese governments for the regulation and the implementation of blockchain system appears to be a necessity and may take the form of a consortium blockchain. |
