Purpose:
The purpose of this Seminar Paper is to find out what challenges companies with an international presence have to face today. We wish to highlight that the world is changing today and that companies must adapt to this new context and to the new desires of consumers.
Methodology:
To highlight these elements, we wanted to compare two types of data. After having collected primary data through existing works, we wanted to carry out a quantitative study in order to verify the hypotheses stated. This questionnaire allowed us to ask consumers about their consumption patterns and any changes that might have occurred in recent years.
Findings:
This research has allowed us to test the hypotheses and find that individuals' consumption habits have indeed changed. These individuals thus expressed the fact that they were expecting significant actions from companies in order to succeed in adapting to their new needs.
