Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to identify the factors affecting the professional life of young architects to career change. A research model is to explain the problems facing by young architects, which leads to career change.
Methodology: The research model is empirically tested with personal interview for 20 young architects, professors, and an online survey with questionnaire for 150 architects from where I examine the results.
Findings: Results can be both directly and indirectly by interview method and survey from the young architects. Especially architect is currently in the same and different profession, pursuing higher studies in different sector, working in different sector for jobs, or most of them dropouts of everything. |
