The main objective of this paper is the study of the relationship between luxury brands, the travel retail sector and its omnichannel integration. It will focus on pointing the current Luxury Brands airport retailing, showcasing examples of best practices and identifying the challenges and opportunities that Travel Retail offers to Luxury Brands, based on the analysis of the current distribution of brand boutiques across 3 regions: Europe, Asia-Pacific and Africa. Ferragamo, Burberry, Gucci and Hermès Brands were analyzed in terms of travel retail and the consistency of their omnichannel strategy. |
