Résumé : |
Western Europe, as a gathering place of many developed countries, attracts millions of Chinese travelers in recent years, because of their special history resources, culture, and good tourism service system. However, the travel motivation of Chinese travelers is changing, since science and technology developed, like 5G, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), etc. Several studies have been carried out which focused on how new technology will affect the tourism industry in Western Europe, rather than how to use the newest technology to promote the development of tourism marketing. Thanks to previous studies, my research work summarizes the influence of the developed technology on the tourist industry, discusses the tourism situation at present in Western Europe, and proposes several uses of the newest technology to attract Chinese travelers using marketing methods. Through data analysis, I conduct a positive relationship between technology (AI, VR, and NFC) and people's personality (age, profession, and working experience). So that we suggest Western European countries should put more investment and energy into these areas. This dissertation consists of five parts. The first part is the introduction of tourism marketing in Western Europe, the next part is a literature review to show previous studies. The method will appear in the third part. The last part is the results and conclusion. |
