This seminar paper aims to enlighten us on the synergies between internal control and risk management. First, we define the key concepts of the subject: internal control, risk management and decentralization. This allows us to understand the stakes of these synergies. In a second step, we study what these synergies are and to what extent they are translated into action. Finally, we study the specificities of the synergies found in decentralized companies as well as their limits. You will find more details in this seminar paper. |
