The objectives of the research are to see how digitalization can be the solution to the role of the controller who works in a company during the Covid crisis. How will these technologies affect his or her day and what technologies are we talking about. It is also important in my opinion to see what are the limits of these technologies.For this seminar paper, I will first define all the terms that will be used such as “digitalization”, “artificial intelligence”, “robotic process automation”, and “controlling”.Then I will review academic papers and have two hypotheses based on this theoretical part. Finally, I will have an empirical part that will validate or refute these hypotheses thanks to studies made by Deloitte, Accenture, and McKinsey. |
