Résumé : |
Inclusive recruitment is a growing topic across society. With a new generation more sensitive to CSR policy, companies must pay attention to their company brand. Indeed, to attract and retain talent, companies need to be aware of how they recruit people. Moreover, by the new movement called “Named and Shamed’, which consists to expose a company that discriminates, the risk for the company to destroy their employer brand is big. But how inclusive recruitment is becoming kind of a new trend? Companies are-they inclusive? My subject will answer these questions through one problem: Is it the inclusion the new recruitment standard? The goal of this question is to understand the way recruiters approach inclusion and diversity through their recruitment process. To answer this question, I conducted 5 semi-structured interviews and collect data from several studies conducted during mostly the last decade. |
