Résumé : |
This essay discusses work-life balance in isolation from the current health crisis. This issue is increasingly present in the daily lives of all workers. The thread of this essay is whether, as a professionally active person, it is still possible to separate private and professional life in the way we approach our work. Research on new working methods and actions in companies tend to answer no to this question. Teleworking, flexible working hours, IT tools, legislation and new services introduced by companies confirm that the boundary between private and professional life is becoming blurred. From questionnaires carried out with workers and HR professionals, I was able to gather information about the work-life balance, which allowed me to answer the initial question. It seems that the results all point to a porosity of private and professional life. |
