Résumé : |
This Seminar Paper aims to answer the following problem: to what extent does improving the employee experience in companies plays a decisive role in human resources management and what are its impacts on company performance? To understand this problem and highlight some answers, three research hypotheses seek to be validated. The latter are that the improvement of the employee experience is an important lever for improving the performance of the company, this employee experience now appears as a priority issue in the management of human resources and digital represents the key element to improve this experience. The literature review empirically and theoretically attests to a positive correlation between employee experience and economic performance and shows that companies wishing to stand out from the competition must invest in this improvement process as a priority. The empirical results of the survey prove that improving the employee experience is now a priority issue in the management of companies as a vector of better performance. However, on the role of digital as a key factor in this improvement,it is depicted that in practice the key and most efficient factors in this improvement process are the culture of the company as well as the managerial practices. |
