The purpose of this seminar paper is first to understand the structure of a SPAC and its performance. A focus will then be made on the European SPAC market, in order to analyze its structure and its evolution over time. Also, performance is a key point that I try to analyze to see if there is a creation of value for the shareholders. The trend of initial public offerings on the European market will be studied as well as the performance of European SPACs. |
