Résumé : |
On April 13, VivaTech, Europe's largest tech event, announced that the next edition, which will take place next June, will be in a hybrid format. It's a format that is quite new for many companies, but one that is being touted as the future of the event industry.
However, the issue that is of increasing concern to event organizers is engagement. The challenge, like any other company, is to satisfy the visitors so that they are loyal. Numerous activities were possible in physical form to engage them, but in digital form the exercise becomes more difficult. How to engage someone who can disconnect at any time, and who can feel forgotten by a cold interface that is his screen? The question is therefore how to engage an audience in remote. What are the tools and techniques we can use to achieve this?
The qualitative study conducted highlighted several points. First, digital allows us to bring new content and new tools to interact with visitors. Secondly, the hybrid becomes the right compromise to find the "human" side that we miss so much. And finally, thanks to data, content can be more engaging because it is more personalized. |
