This study assesses the effect of CSR on organizational commitment and explores the mediating role of meaningful work in this relationship. The survey was conducted with people who are working in Vietnam. Data from 178 respondents were collected and used for regression analysis. Research results indicate that CSR has a positive effect on organizational commitment, the meaningful work-inspiration dimension is also found to mediate the positive relationship between CSR and organization commitment. |
