Résumé : |
In 2020, the Covid crisis pushed governments to limit social interactions. Companies were recommended to adapt their workplace in order to reduce the propagation of the virus during work hours. The purpose of this dissertation is to analyse the consequences of the covid crisis on the workplace of French executives and to understand how the workplace of the future will look like.
A qualitative method was carried out. 12 interviews were conducted between March 2021 and April 2021. Executive from French companies described their workplace before March 2020, since March 2020 and what their workplace will look like after the covid crisis.
My analysis pointed out that employees realized that they workplace had changed. When imagining the future workplace, they which that some changes which occurred in the past months will be extended after the Covid crisis. The workplace of the future will include more digital tools and will enable employees to work remotely. The size and quantity of the company offices will decrease, and the organization will be changed to promote flex-office. |
