The e-commerce era are booming in the whole world, including Vietnam. Vietnam is an emerging market, hence the characteristics of market is unperfect. The previous studies could not totally fit to this market and have less efficient in real application. The reseach aims to identify the Vietnamese people’s current perception and attitude in fact. Tourism and Entertaining industries are strongly developing in e-commerce for years in Vietnam. This study can help marketers being closer to their consumers. |
