The purpose of this dissertation is to study the impact of digitalization on B2B activities. Innovations in the digital world have been major in recent years and are increasingly being adopted by B2B companies to improve their business opportunities. The many digital tools .we are going to discuss are changing the traditional ways of doing business between
companies, changing work habits and developing ways of communicating. The role of covid has played a significant role in the evolution of technologies and ways of doing business. The question we are going to raise aims to focus on the impact and influence of digital tools on the whole sales process in the B2B sector. With the elaboration of two hypotheses on the subject, the analysis will be carried out through qualitative interviews with 3 stakeholders in key positions of B2B sales in companies. This will highlight on the general feeling that many key players in sales have about the exponential digitalization of their activities, especially in recent years. It will also be interesting to analyse the projection dimension in the next few years of the use of digital tools, in order to get an overview of what people in activity think. |
