This dissertation will deal with the theme of international negotiation and the impact that this diversity has in business exchanges. Since globalization, and more in recent decades, it is possible to observe more and more companies that decide to export their strategy through new regions of the world. Most of the time, these companies are exported through subsidiaries and new partnerships. These new strategies allow companies to obtain considerable advantages offered by the markets of new targeted countries. Thus, thanks to internationalization, a company can see its turnover increase, obtain risk diversification, optimization of labor costs, access to new customers, new know-how, as well as greater possibility of creating an economy of scale. More particularly nowadays, the presence of these companies on a global scale, allows a considerable competitive advantage compared to their competitors on a market, in particular thanks to the opening of the emerging countries but also thanks to the innovations related to new technologies. |
