Nowadays, communication is crucial within a company. Indeed, it is the link between the brand and the end consumers. Since the end of the 90s, the arrival of the Internet has completely redefined the external communication of companies. One key topic is social media, new tools made available to companies that have arrived one after the other (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter…).
From sharing one's life to communicating with others (could be family, friends, or even strangers), social media have become widely used by everyone on a daily basis. Today, many people spend several hours a day on social networks, which has made these channels essential for businesses, especially with the arrival of social media influencers, a new way to promote a brand to their target audience. |
