This paper aims to answer the two questions : has covid pushed the urgency of HR digitalization, and following this pandemic period, what is the future of the human resources ? Also, this paper is a general review of the recent and relevant literature that has studied the impact of Covid-19 on human resources management and more specifically on the digitalization of this sector.Because the Covid-19 pandemic is fairly “recent”, there are relatively few studies that have examined this impact. So, we started by looking for articles about the digitalization of human resources before the pandemic, then we looked for articles examining the relationship between Covid-19 and the digitalization of work in general, and finally, we looked for articles on what the future of Human Resources might be: did the Covid-19 crisis really impact the digitalization of Human Resources in the long term ?
