Résumé : |
The aim of this thesis is to understand whether hybrid working will be the future of the world of work, and therefore whether this new way of working is able to meet the needs of employees and the objectives of companies. Indeed, during the Covid-19 period, a large majority of companies made the transition to telework. Some have successfully made the transition, while others have collapsed and failed to make the transition to this "new" way of working. It is therefore possible to think that these failures are first of all linked to a lack of preparation for the companies, due to a too brutal change, which caused difficulties in management, in communication and in the organization. It can also be thought that these failures are linked to a loss of motivation and efficiency of remote employees during the period, with difficulty in concentrating on their tasks because of the workplace. Finally, it can be suggested that employees who practice a hybrid way of working, i.e. between teleworking and on-site working, are more satisfied with their conditions and offer higher productivity than employees who are 100% teleworking or 100% on-site. The results of the interviews allowed us to understand how to optimally manage employee
well-being and at the same time to propose interesting results for companies through measures for teleworking, proposing a new way of organizing one's presence at the workplace and novelties in terms of management. |
