Résumé : |
Employee engagement is a crucial tool for companies. Indeed, as explained in “Employee Engagement: A literature review”, article made by Dharmendra Mehta and Naveen K. Mehta, managing people with high engagement can be a real benefit in terms of productivity, profitability, and loyalty for companies. This document’s objective is to contribute to the limitation identified by Saks and al., (2014) who concluded that “we really do not know what causes employee engagement, the effect of employee engagement on employee and organizational outcomes”. The purpose is to determine the impact of Employee Voice over Employee Engagement. |
