Résumé : |
In the remaining sections of this research paper, we will review the literature supporting user satisfaction, its relationship with purchase intentions, and service quality dimensions for fully-automated checkout systems. Following this is a discussion of our methodology’s quantitative and qualitative means of data collection. Lastly, we present our analysis of the findings interpreted through linear regression (quantitative) and coding (qualitative). |
