I chose the subject of responsible food for my dissertation, because it is a subject that is close to my heart, wanting to act to propose a healthier diet for the body and the planet, this dissertation allows me to do a lot of research on this subject but also to know the perception of young French people to make things change afterwards. I am going to do my internship at Funky Veggie, a start-up in the food industry that offers responsible food, good for the body but also for the planet "with nothing weird inside".In this dissertation, we will focus on responsible eating, which is an area in which everyone can contribute and which continues to grow more and more. However, this area remains uncharted for some French people, and eating habits can be difficult to change.We will then try to understand the perception of the French on this responsible food, which came a few years ago. |
