Résumé : |
The purpose of this research paper is to determine the advantages of incorporating artificial intelligence techniques in social media strategies in order to develop social media engagement rate for dermatologists with their own practice. In other words, the purpose of the research paper is to investigate the role that artificial intelligence can play in the building of a committed engagement between followers and a brand. Since the possibilities of using social media vary enormously depending on the type of content creator you are dealing with, we chose to focus here on the case of dermatologists. This choice is mainly motivated by the singularity of the communication issues related
to them as healthcare professionals. This research will focus mainly on the last three decades, as they are paired with the boom of social networks and the incorporation of artificial intelligence in their computing system. In order to provide an answer, a study based on quantitative methods through a survey gathering 632 respondents was conducted. The data collected is analyzed through SPSS and aims at detecting opinions and behaviors among social media users and dermatological content enthusiasts from a consumer point of-view. Indeed, this study will give us a glimpse of the opinion of French people on
the topic. |
