Résumé : |
Artificial intelligence (AI) is gradually changing the relationship to healthcare. Individuals use
healthcare in their daily life to check their health, health professionals use it to predict and treat
diseases. But the use of AI also involves the collection of personal health data and those by different
stakeholders, both medical and non-medical organizations. And given the sensitivity of this data, it
must be subject to stricter governance and management than other types of data. From the various
stakeholders who hold them but also from the institutions that are supposed to regulate and control
their use. These issues lead to the research question below. Is the current governance of personal data used for artificial intelligence in healthcare enough so individuals feel safe about sharing their personal health information? To answer this question a qualitative analysis was the most relevant for gathering in-depth opinions from respondents.
