The theme of this essay is human resources in the digital age. More specifically, the impact that digital tools have on the role of human resources in a company. Through the literature review, we first define human resources, their evolution over time and the roles that constitute them today.
We then define digital tools and study their integration and transformation of Human Resources functions, highlighting the advantages and disadvantages observed to date. We then take a more general look at the implications of these changes for HR professionals. |
