Expatriates returning to France often face new challenges in addition to those they encountered during. This paper highlights the importance of retaining global talent and focuses on the actions and policies that companies put in place during the expatriation period, as well as the practices put in place for talent retention. Many expatriates feel dissatisfaction when coming back their home country, as their jobs back at the headquarters are less fulfilling and their gained competencies are not recognized. Therefore, we will figure out to what extent these measures are applied, applicable and effective for companies to adopt and employees to receive. |
