Résumé : |
In France, as in many wine-producing countries, there is a certain scepticism associated with wine bottled in alternative packaging. Indeed, tradition requires wine to be packaged in glass bottles, as this is a vector for better quality and longer ageing. However, it has been
shown that the production of glass bottles is quite polluting and has a high environmental impact throughout the entire chain of production, distribution, consumption, and recycling of the wine bottle. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between millennials
and alternative packaging, particularly plastic bottles, in terms of their perception and purchasing intentions. |
