The wine sector is currently in a state of upheaval. Indeed, the evolutions and climatic changes lead the vine growers to adapt as quickly as possible. This sector is full of tradition and
represents an invaluable cultural heritage that is being shaken up by the many technological advances and innovations.
In France, all the strong wine regions are affected by global warming: Bordeaux, Beaujolais, Burgundy, the Rhône-Alpes region, and the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region. In this essay, we will focus on the Burgundy region for several reasons. |
