This study focuses on the future of the online food delivery (OFD) industry, exploring advertising content and consumer preferences in green marketing communications, as well as how green marketing strategies contribute to consumers' green purchase intentions. This paper uses a quantitative research approach, the questionnaire consisted of 17 questions, and the main types of questions used were likert scale, single choice and ranking questions. This study focuses on food delivery companies in the O2O business model. |
